An Updated Message from Tim Cook as of June 1, 2020, to the families who we serve

The loss of a loved one is difficult under normal circumstances. The latest Executive Order (7TT) that Governor Lamont has signed allows 25 percent capacity of indoor space to religious, spiritual and worship gatherings provided appropriate safety (mandatory masks) and social distancing measures (not less than 6 feet) are enforced. Effective Monday, June 8th, Cook Funeral Home will be operating out of our new Chapel in order to accommodate families up to 25 people for wakes and funeral services. Cook Funeral Home will be working within the recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the DPH (Department of Public Health) and the Governor of the State of Connecticut, and we are updated daily by CFDA (Connecticut Funeral Directors Association) as to the very best procedures in how we can serve, and also how we can protect, our families who we are privileged to serve.

We are here to help. Throughout this crisis, Tim Cook remains focused on the highest standards of funeral service as together we move forward to safely open and to safely serve our community.
