Doris M. (Degenais) Graziani

Doris M. (Degenais) Graziani, 98, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 9th at her home.  She was the wife of the late Peter M. Graziani.

Doris was born August 1, 1925, in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late Henry and Antoinette (Barth) (DePermentier) Dagenais.  She was employed by Hotchkiss Brothers, retiring in 1979.  She was a lifetime communicant of St. Peter Church, and a member of the Sullivan Senior Center.

She is survived by her niece, Karen Mrowka who cared for her, Janice Colangelo, Susan Bohan in addition to several nieces and nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by three siblings, Maurice and Richard Dagenais, and Maire Yvette Preato.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church, (St. John Paul the Great Parish) 99 East Main St., Torrington, CT.  Burial will follow at St. Francis New Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.
