Dear Belli Family: My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Peter. We will never get used to losing our loved ones in death because as Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, we were created with everlasting life in view. But may you find comfort in knowing that Almighty God has promised that soon he will swallow up death forever along with the pain that it brings. (Isaiah 25:8) God has also promised that he will return Peter to you as it says at John 5:28,29. You can also learn more about what happens when a loved one dies at JW.org.
Sincerely,
Susan

Molti anni fa--many years ago, Peter and I were in the same Italian class at the Sullivan Senior Center taught by Dona Frauenhofer. Although our time together was brief I do remember him as a kind, gentle soul. May he rest in peace.

Pete was one of the nicest gentleman that we had the pleasure of knowing. Quick witted with jokes and a smile. We loved him so much. Many times playing basketball against Owen, or running into him at the store or Taco Bell. Our move to Ohio separated us in body, but our memories live on.
God bless you Stephanie and family.

Peter was a wonderful man; always a leader and a gentleman. we worked together at the Elks pond for 6 years. He had an infectious smile that will forever be remembered. We were members of the Y, where we would exchange pleasantries and cheer each other on. .Always saw him at church. He was an asesst to the Holy

So sorry for your loss. I met Pete several years ago through my brother Steve and have enjoyed our many travels to Florida over the years. Pete was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met and a true patriot and friend. He had only kinds words to say and had a great sense of humor,. I know he loved St. Peter's Church and loved the city of Torrington. He will be sadly missed by all who had the good fortune to have known him .
