Sandra Teresa (DeLisle) Parsons

Sandra T. Parsons, 79, of Torrington, CT peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at her home with her husband by her side, after a valiant fight with cancer.  She was the beloved wife of Paul Hultman for 34  years.

Sandra was born April 16, 1942, in Torrington, CT, the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Machrone) DeLisle.  She was a  self-employed licensed Private Investigator and Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator for 35 years. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed playing the piano, the guitar, dancing-(ballet), singing, drawing horses, horseback riding, shooting, and martial afrts.     

In addition to her beloved husband, Paul, she is survived by two daughters, Sandra Garney of Palm Beach, FL and Tracy Garney of Chattanooga, TN; one sister, Natalie Marguardt of Santee, CA and two grandsons Jonathon and Jamieson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Rebecca LaBrecque.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home.
