I was saddened to learn of Steve's passing. He has always been a close family friend.

I was Steve's catcher at Torrington High School and I played against him in many youth baseball leagues. I can tell you that it was easier to catch Steve than to hit his masterful curve ball. Indeed, Steve was an excellent athlete.

With far greater importance, Steve will be remembered as a good friend and great guy.. His child-like, sometimes mischievous grin will always be remembered.

With sympathy,

Ron Romaniello, Cumming, GA

As the designated pinch-hitter for the "Fatal Distraction" fantasy baseball franchise over which Steve presided, I am, if requested by his baseball colleagues, honored to continue to serve in his memory. Sincerest sympathies to all who were a part of his life.

Tom and Emily,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I want you to know that during the entire time of his illness he never once complained about his condition
or what he was going through. He was a truly virtuous person who will be missed by everyone that was a part of his life.

My deepest condolence to your family and friends during the most difficult time. There are no words that can ease the pain of losing a loved one. May you find peace and comfort in know that they are in God's memory and he assures us that we will experience the joy of seeing them live again here on this earth. (Job 14:14, 15)

Steve, You where a special friend
and confidant. You got me through a lot. We lost touch throughout the years and that was unfortunate, but I never forgot you. Rest in peace and I’ll see you again one day 🙏🏻💕
