Sonny Pappalardo

Sonny Pappalardo passed away on September 25, 2016, at Wake Forrest Hospital in Winston Salem, NC at the age of 82.  He was born November 28, 1933, in Torrington, the son of the late Anthony and Matilda Pappalardo.

He is survived by his wife Debbie, two daughters, Kim Johnson and Sandy Pappalardo, one brother, Robert (Carol) Pappalardo of Torrington, and two step children.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Pappalardo.  He graduated from Torrington High School and played in the U.S. Army Band from 1953 to 1954. He also had his own band and played for many functions throughout Torrington. Funeral services will be held in North Carolina.  www.cookfuneralhomect.com
