Enis is now resting in the arms of her Blessed Mother. May she enjoy the peace and joy of her heavenly home. I treasure the beautiful white blanket she lovingly made for me. My prayers are for her dear family.

To the family of Enis: I am saddened to learn of your loss. She loved her entire family and often spoke of her joy at your successes. You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I worked with Enis for 14 years in the Guidance Department of Torrington High School. In the years that I was the counselor to the senior class, Enis was my right hand as the Senior Awards Night approached. We would often turn to each other to discuss grammar structure of letters or talk of her years in Waterbury. Enis was the only person who could type faster than me. I began to call her "Speedy Gonzales" (from the cartoon series). Those times that I visited her in her lovely home, we could laugh for an hour but she was always interested in what I was doing. What a special, giving, loving woman she was. I will miss her!

My deepest sympathies and condolences for you and your sister' loss. Enis was a beautiful lady, a kind and loving wife and mother, and an inspiration to all who knew her. Early on in my young life, she gave me sanctuary from a cruel world, and helped set me on a path toward success. Her generosity knew no limits. She is now in a better place, free of pain and sorrow, and forever young.

I am so sorry to read that Enis has passed. I had the pleasure of working with her years ago at the THS Guidance Office. She had so much energy and never slowed down. I also am a recipient of one of her afghans. You all were so lucky to have her as a mom, grandma, and mother-in-law. She spoke of her family often. My deepest sympathy to you.

It has been such a privilege to know and spend time with Enis. Hers is an illustration of a life well-lived.
As Linda said to me, "She was a very determined woman!"
But what a gentle and loving soul as well, with a great sense of humor.
She was (and remains in my mind) a rare gem.

Our sincerest condolences on the loss of your mother. I have many memories of her growing up as a neighbor and in recent years, enjoying her company at a restaurant on Thanksgiving or a Christmas party. Be assured she is now without pain or suffering and will rest in eternal peace.
