Auntie Do Do and Uncle Cook is what we used to call you guys years ago. I haven't seen you for so long. I'll always remember the time my brother Jeff fell into your pool at an early age and as my mom Elsie was trying to remove her shoes to get him, Auntie Do dove right in and pulled him out. God bless you God Mother....may you rest in peace with your beloved husband. To the Pretak family I am truly sorry for your loss. Love, Ron

My family and I offer our condolences to your family. Cookie was in the Kiwanis Club with my Dad, Bill. Many fond memories of your Dad and Mom, always smiling and welcoming. Your Dad gave me some assistance on my first sign painting job and we still have the charcoals Cookie drew of my Dad as the Kiwanis Peanut Sale King. Someday we will all meet again. With blessings and sympathies, The LaTulipe's.

Lori, Geri, and Candy - My heart breaks for all 3 of you (and, of course, your kids and spouses) to lose mom and dad so close together. I am thinking of you and sending love. Both my husband I still laugh about your dad and his "Pride and Joy" pictures that he took out of his wallet every time we saw him. And how your mom would LAUGH as though it was a new joke every time. I marvel that they are still together, even now, and I hope that helps you a bit. I will keep all of you in my daily thoughts and I'm so sorry that I can't be there for the service. Hugs to all.

Thinking of you all through this difficult time. Their story and relationship remind me so much of my grandparents. Such a hard and sad loss but very sweet they will still always be by each other's side. Enjoy reminiscing with family in the days to come of all the great memories and legacies they left you with. Xoxo. -Emily
