Daughter of the late Anthony and Jean Carroll Arnett. She was an assistant manager and vital part of the Torrington Savings Bank for 21 years. She was beloved by her coworkers and especially her many customers. During her years of service, she had received many awards for her excellent customer service. A devoted mother, daughter, sister and wife. She had many interests including live music, the Beatles, relaxing at the shore, traveling around the country, visiting new places. She had a heart of gold, especially for animals - she had just adopted a cat named Ginger. Nancy loved fashion and had great style. She loved to decorate her home, especially with elephants and colors and images that reminded her of the beach. She was an excellent hostess and conversationalist. She believed in tradition and was proud of her family’s Italian-American roots. Her comforting smile was noted by all.
