Jean A. (Bonalumi) Stolfi

Jean A. (Bonalumi) Stolfi, 77, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.  She was the beloved wife of Frank Stolfi.

Jean was born August 27, 1943, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Francis and Lillian (Rossi) Bonalumi.  Jean worked at Southwest School as a lunch aide in her earlier years and then in the annuity department at Connecticut National Life Insurance Company in Simsbury.  She most of all loved spending time with her beloved grandkids, Jeremy and Kyle Zarwanski.

In addition to her husband Frank, she is survived by her loving daughter and best friend, Rhonda J. Zarwanski and her husband Jerry of Avon, CT; one brother Gary Bonalumi of Denver, PA; one sister, Joyce Hermonat of New Milford, CT and two grandsons, who were her pride and joy, Jeremy, and Kyle Zarwanski.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, CT.  Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.  Relatives attending funeral services are reminded to follow CDC recommendations for COVID prevention in social distancing and protective face masks.
