Frank Stolfi

Frank Stolfi, 89, of Torrington, CT, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Litchfield Woods.  He was the husband of Patricia (Carter) Stolfi for 65 years.

Frank was born August 21, 1931, in Torrington, CT, the son of the late Vincent and Rachel (Silano) Stolfi.  He owned and operated “The Place” in Torrington for 35 years, retiring in 1998.

In addition to his wife Patricia, he is survived by one son, David Stolfi (Susan Sullivan) of Texas; one daughter Tami Soja (Thomas, Jr.) of Torrington; one sister, Prudence Woodard (Jim) of Torrington; one brother-in-law, Dickie Carter; two grandchildren, Michael Stolfi, and Rachel Jajcanin (Dario).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church (St. John Paul the Great Parish) 107 East Main St., Torrington, CT.  All relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at the church and are reminded to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing and wearing protective face masks.  There are no calling hours.  Entombment will be private.
