Roberta (Giampaolo) Lejeune

 Roberta G. Lejeune, 74, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Geer Nursing Center after a courageous battle with ALS. She was the beloved wife of the late Dennis E. Lejeune.

Roberta was born in Torrington on August 15, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Bona) Giampaolo. She was employed by Charlotte Hungerford Hospital for forty one years.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Lejeune (Sharon) of Torrington and Robert Lejeune of Hampton N.H.; her grandchildren, Gavin and Logan Lejeune and her sister, Jo-Ann Miller of Bantam, CT.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 12:00 noon at St. Peter Cemetery, 236 East Pearl Road, Torrington.
