Kenneth A. Dearing

Kenneth A. Dearing, 84, of Torrington, CT, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.  He was the husband of the late Ines (Zordan) Dearing.

Kenneth was born June 14, 1931 in Torrington, CT.  He was employed by the Torrington Company for 40+ years until his retirement.  He was a member of the Torrington Elk’s Lodge #372 and the Harwinton Antique Fire Department.

Ken is survived by two step-daughters, Joan Bushey of Vermont and Eleanor Arnold of South Carolina; six grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Dearing and nephew Allen Dearing and step sons Thomas Pont and Edward Pont.
