Jeffrey T. White

Jeffrey T. White, 54, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016, at his residence.  He was the beloved husband of Maria (Tedeschi) White for 20 years.

Jeff was born December 7, 1961, in Torrington, CT, son of June (Finkelstein) White of Winsted, CT and of the late Warren White.  He was employed by Cartec, Inc. in the Shipping and Receiving Department.  An avid drummer, he also loved to snow ski and play sports with his two sons.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Joseph and Luca White of Torrington; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mario and Domenica Tedeschi of Torrington; one sister, Debra (Kevin) Murphy of Crawfordville, FL; a brother-in-law Domenic Tedeschi of Torrington; sister-in-law, Erin Tedeschi of Torrington and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Tina and Mark Calabrese of Torrington, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Mark Tedeschi.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016, with the cortege leaving at 10:30 a.m. from Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, to St. Peter Church, 107 East Main St., Torrington, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.   Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may call Thursday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
